Mission Statement: To provide consumer driven holistic programming for persons with unique needs—addressing employment, independent living, housing, community support services, and economic development.

Community Service Mission Statement: To provide community involvement in organizing and establishing community based sentencing alternatives for individuals when arrested, imprisoned or released from incarceration in an effort to gain and retain self-respecting and crime free lifestyles.

Community Service Program: Convicted offenders are placed at approved non-profit or government agencies to fulfill their required number of hours in the community. The program fee can be waived but only on approval by the community service coordinator.

Referral Procedures: Referral sources may include Municipal and District Courts, Juvenile Court, Division of Juvenile Services, States Attorneys Office, Federal Parole & Probation Office, District Parole & Probation office, Adult Drug Court and Juvenile Drug Court. The offender is required to contact the acting coordinator within 72 hours following a court appearance and should be specifically directed by the court to make such contact.

Victim Impact Panel
Clients are Court Ordered to attend for getting a DUI, reckless driving or actual physical control. The class is held in the Ward County Administration Building 225 3rd St SE, doors open at 6pm & starts at 7:00 pm. It usually is done by 8pm. Our message is "Think before you Drink" have a plan to get home safely. There is a fee of $50.00.
